Synopsis
Molesch (Stefan Kurt), an asylum inmate, is convicted for sexual crimes that were never proven without any doubt. A security video shows him and the victim short before the crime, but the critical minute is lost by material fault, not reconstructable.

Giving farewell to his dead mother in a hospital, he escapes by accident through a hidden door. Like a hounded animal he moves around the area of the town Dreileben, hiding in the forest. The police, directed by superintendent Marcus Keil (Eberhard Kirchberg), hunts him like an animal. The sling around his neck gets tighter and tighter…
